And every job is run hands-on by the owners — backed by nearly two decades in the building industry — not handed off to a site manager you've never met. Do you handle permits and approvals?
Yes — we manage building permits, and work with your architect, draftsperson or surveyor on planning requirements. If you don't have plans yet, we can connect you with designers we trust.
Can we live in the house during the build?
Often, yes — especially for extensions and staged renovations. We'll be straight with you about when it makes sense and when it doesn't, and we plan the site around your family either way.
How do quotes work?
Fixed and itemised. You see what everything costs before we start, and any variation is priced and approved by you before the work happens — never invoiced as a surprise.
What areas do you service?
We're Melbourne based and service the south-east and surrounding suburbs. Further afield? Ask — for the right project we'll travel.
Are you registered and insured?
Yes — Riseley Building Group is a registered Victorian building practitioner (CDB-U 101 558) and carries the insurance and warranties your project requires, including domestic building insurance where applicable.
